GiveFlow is operated by Otech Labs LLC (“Otech Labs,” “we,” “us”), 33 W Palmer St, Danielson, CT 06239. Contact: contact@otechlabs.io. The service is at giveflow.app (legacy address coinflow.software may redirect).
By creating an account or using GiveFlow you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at giveflow.app/privacy.
1. The service
GiveFlow is a community civic-rewards platform: Flow credits, peer transfers, business offers and redemptions, residency verification, and related tools for residents, businesses, verifiers, and town admins.
GiveFlow is not a bank, money transmitter of cash, securities offering, or government benefits program. Flow is a program credit inside GiveFlow. It is not legal tender.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. GiveFlow is not directed at children under 13.
3. Accounts and roles
Keep your login safe. Roles (resident, business, verifier, town admin) have different permissions. Do not impersonate a town or business.
4. Flow, billing, and cancellation
Business subscriptions and payments, if offered, are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Flow balances, transfers, and redemptions are program records. Except where law requires otherwise, payments for paid plans are non-refundable. Cancel a paid plan from billing settings or by emailing support@giveflow.app.
Deleting your account forfeits remaining Flow. Historical redemptions and help requests may be kept in de-identified form as the Privacy Policy states.
5. Acceptable use
No fraud, double-spending, fake residency, or abuse of rewards. We may freeze or close accounts that break these Terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Otech Labs a license to host and display it to operate GiveFlow for you and your town or business.
7. Disclaimer
GiveFlow is provided as is. Towns, businesses, and residents remain responsible for their own offers, verifications, and local rules.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otech Labs’ total liability relating to GiveFlow will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for GiveFlow in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Governing law
Connecticut law. Courts in Connecticut.
10. Account deletion
Delete from Settings or use giveflow.app/delete-account. Prefer email: support@giveflow.app from the address on the account.
